Esthetician/Massage Therapy
This unique combination program prepares students for multiple opportunities. Each student will receive training in both Esthetician and Massage Therapy programs enabling them to work in either field. Our 1100 hour course trains students for Makeup Application, Manual, Electric and Chemical Facials, and Waxing. Additionally students are prepared to provide massage services in the modalities of Swedish, Sports, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Chair, Hydrotherapy, Pregnancy and Reflexology. Students will receive instruction on Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Medical Terminology, Nutrition, Business Management, Ethics, Kinesiology, Body mechanics, and CPR/First Aid. Our program is designed to give the student the necessary training and skills needed for employment as a Massage Therapist. Upon completion of the program the student will be eligible to sit for the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCTMB) Exam as well as the State Board Licensure Exam for Esthetician.
