Enrollment Application and Information

The goal of the Blake Austin College Admissions Department is to help you succeed. It only takes a minute to change your future and to receive the skills you need to start your new career. Our Enrollment Advisors will help you through the process so you are able to achieve your goals for your new career and start training as soon as possible.

Enrolling in a program at Blake Austin College is easy!
Just follow these simple steps…

Step One – Apply:

Complete an Application for Enrollment by clicking here to either download a hard copy or send electronically.

Step Two – Interview:

Set up a campus tour or a phone interview (phone interview for online classes only) by calling an Enrollment Advisor at the campus at which you are applying*:

Vocational Nursing, Administrative Medical Assisting, Dental Assisting and Clinical Medical Assisting with Phlebotomy call 707.455.0557.

Cosmetology, Esthetics, Massage Therapy and Holistic Health Practitioner call 707.448.3100.

Required for Enrollment (your Enrollment Advisor will guide you at the time of tour or interview):

  • Official High School Transcripts or GED.
  • Admissions Testing.
  • Background screening, immunizations and other information may be needed and is program specific.

Step Three – Enrollment:

  • When ready Enrollment Agreement is signed.
  • Master Promissory Note is signed provided by Financial Aid.

Step Four – Get Started:

  • Participate in a Blake Austin College New Student Orientation.
  • Begin classes and be a step closer to graduating and fulfilling your goals!
